4b. REORGANIZATION OF THE CITY COUNCIL:
c. Adoption of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coronado, California, Reciting the Fact of the General Municipal Election Held on November 8, 2016, Declaring the Result, and Such Other Matters as Provided by Law. (Pg 1) The Council adopted the resolution.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR:
a. Approval of Reading by Title and Waiver of Reading in Full of Ordinances on this Agenda. (Pg 7) Approved.
*b. Review and Approve that the Warrants, as Certified by the City/Agency Treasurer, are all Correct, Just, and Conform to the Approved Budget for FY 2016-2017. (Pg 9) Approved.
c. Acceptance of the Pool Covers Replacement Project and Direction to the City Clerk to File a Notice of Completion. (Pg 55) The Council accepted the Pool Covers Replacement project and directed the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion.
d. Award of Contract for Construction of the Alameda Storage Facility Project. (Pg 57) The Council awarded the contract to Urban Corps of San Diego County in the amount of $235,656 for construction of the Alameda Storage Facility Construction project.
e. Approve the Orange Avenue Corridor Street Light Poles History Banner Designs as Recommended by the Cultural Arts Commission. (Pg 65) The Council approved the history banner designs for installation on the Orange Avenue median from First Street to Avenida de las Arenas from early January through March 31, 2017.
f. Second Reading and Adoption of “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Coronado, California, Removing Section 56.28.010(F), of Chapter 56.28 of Title 56 of the Coronado Municipal Code Regarding Skateboards, Roller Skates and Other Similarly Wheeled Devices and Amending Section 56.28.030 of Chapter 56.28 of Title 56 of the Coronado Municipal Code.” (Pg 69) The Council adopted the ordinance.
