Solid Waste

The purpose of the City's Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) program is to provide safe and convenient disposal of items that should not be mixed with regular trash.  HHW is collected at the Public Services facility, 101 B Ave., on Saturdays between 10AM - 2PM.  Please enter the facility from First St.  We are closed around the following holidays:  New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.

The annual document-shredding event is scheduled for April 25, 9AM - 1PM. This is held in the parking lot north-west of City Hall (see map).
Spring Cleanup ("Bulky Trash") is scheduled May 4 - 8.  Fall Cleanup is scheduled October 5 - 9.  Set-out large items on your normal trash day. Hazardous waste or construction debris will not be collected.
