Boards, Commissions and Committees Public Comment During COVID-19

Pursuant to Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-25-20, N-29-20, and N-33-20, members of boards, commissions, committees, and staff may participate in public meetings via teleconference. 

In the interest of reducing the spread of COVID-19, no in-person public participation is currently allowed.  Meetings are broadcast live on Spectrum Channel 19 and AT&T Channel 99 on the day of the meeting. The meetings can also be streamed live on the City's website.

Submitting a Written Comment

Members of the public may submit written comments using the form below or via email sent to [email protected] Please submit your comment no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting to allow for distribution and posting. All written comments will be posted on the City's website in lieu of being read aloud at the meeting.

Members of the public may request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. Requests for live public comment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Please contact the Community Development Department at (619) 522-7327 or [email protected] for more information.
