The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) will hold its first public meeting on Thursday, July 12 from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Coronado Community Center that includes its new Citizens Forum Board. The IBWC will present an overview of activities in the San Diego region related to wastewater, water management, and a proposed Tijuana River trash boom.
On June 27, 2023 the USIBWC selected members for its Citizens Forum Board. Coronado City Councilmember John Duncan was included in the new board members.
