On Saturday, August 6th, the US Coast Guard Recruiting Command will be holding a Missions and Career Expo for family and friends. As an extra factor, the Coronado Youth Soccer League is hosting its annual Crown City Classic Youth Soccer Tournament for the second and last week on August 6th – 7th, which may impact parking from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The tournament will use Sunset Park, all Cays Fields, Tidelands Park Ballfields, and the four CUSD fields. During these weekends, the Cays fields will receive a high volume of players/spectators. Five parking spaces along Coronado Cays Boulevard will be blocked off to be used only by dog run users. Signs will be posted. Coronado Youth Soccer League has hired Tournament Security to monitor the parking to ensure it is being used by dog run patrons only. Coronado Youth Soccer League will also be sending an email prior to each tournament weekend informing soccer patrons about the parking.
