The role of the Civil Service Commission is to interpret and administer Civil Service Rules and regulations concerning the employment, promotion, and discipline of city employees.

The Civil Service Commission meets on the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1825 Strand Way.
