One (1) potential case

Facts and Circumstances: On February 20, 2002, the Community Development Agency of the City of Coronado and Boathouse 1887, Inc, entered into a ten (10) year lease of the existing restaurant facilities located at 1701 Strand Way. A dispute has arisen between the parties to that lease, in which Boathouse 1887, Inc., claims that the Community Development Agency breached certain terms of the lease and makes other claims alleging that conduct of the Agency and the City of Coronado during the lease term has caused it damage. By correspondence dated October 11, 2007, from Richard J. Annen, attorney for Boathouse 1887, Inc., the tenant claims losses estimated at $1,455,363.
